Session Fee

Not all products and prices are listed below. A full price list is available upon request.

Session Fee – $150

The non-refundable session fee secures your session date and covers artist’s time/talent only. It provides you with a 1-2 hour on-location photo session and a 1 week online gallery of at least 20 proofs from which to select images for purchase. Choose from the following session types:

  • Just the kids: up to 3 siblings
  • Newborn: focus on the baby (under 2 weeks) and some interactions with mom/dad. Newborn Session fee is $150 & includes a 2-3 hour session and one set (24) of press printed custom designed announcements.
  • Maternity: focus on mom and the joy of the final stages of pregnancy
  • Senior: focus on the graduate; up to 2 locations
  • Engagement: focus on the couple
  • Family: a more candid session for up to 5 members of the same immediate family

Belly to Baby Package Session Fee – $275

Combine both a Maternity session and a Newborn session and receive a special gift of 24 free custom designed and printed birth announcements. The Newborn shoot must be scheduled within the first two weeks after birth to qualify. It is vital to book the date of the Newborn session while you are still pregnant to be sure there is an opening around your due date. You will also receive one free 8×10 print after each session.

A Year In The Life Package Session Fee – $550

This package includes 4 portrait sessions: at 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and 12 months. When you pay for these combined sessions, you will receive an 8×10 print from each session and a mounted 10×20 panel collage after the 12 month session. Extra prints are sold separately.

Referral Program

For your referral you will receive a $50 print credit towards any future scheduled session with Karol Quinn Photography for each new client that books a session with me! Your friend will receive a complementary 8×10 print from their session. Be sure pass on the complementary referral cards from your session to your friends and family. They must return this card to me when they book their session to receive this bonus. After 5 of your friends have booked sessions, you are eligible to receive a FREE custom session!
